CBD Kratom | 2025

  • Create a fall campaign that drives product engagement and sales without discounts, while staying true to the brand’s wellness-forward, plant-powered identity. The goal is to increase emotional connection, in-store experience, and perceived value—especially for new or curious customers exploring THC, CBD, and kratom products.

    • Concept development:
      Designed the “Cozy-Core Kit” as a curated bundle representing four parts of the customer’s day (morning, afternoon, evening, night), each featuring a different product and function (focus, energy, relaxation, sleep).

    • Voice & Tone:
      Shifted messaging to be emotionally affirming, fall-themed, and highly personalized, reflecting the rhythms and rituals of real customers (not just product features).

    • In-store rollout planning:

      • Each product is highlighted in its own thematic zone (with shelf talkers or mini signs).

      • At checkout, the customer can bundle all four items and receive a ritual card to guide usage.

  • The final result was a seasonal, sensory-rich in-store experience that transformed everyday product use into an emotional ritual—without relying on discounts. The Cozy-Core Kit:

    • Offers a clear, intuitive product pathway for the day

    • Builds emotional value through affirming language and visual warmth

    • Makes the bundle feel like a gift-to-self, not a sales tactic

    • Encourages slower browsing, deeper engagement, and higher AOV at checkout

    • Aligns with our brand’s mission to support wellness on the customer’s terms
